Sunset Villas Rental Application

Rental Application Qualifications


One year of good rental history or proof of home ownership. Household income of 2.25 times the rental amount and a satifactory credit report.

Occupancy Standards


Household with AT LEAST ONE person over 18. A 1 bedroom up to a maximum of 3 adults, and 2 bedrooms up to a maximum of 4 adults.


Vehicle Standards


1 bedroom up to 1 vehicle and 2 bedroom up to 2 vehicles.


Deposits


Administrative Fee $178.15 non-refundable, Application Fee $40.72 per applicant ***Plus sales tax.***

Cancellation Policy

The Security Deposit serves as a holding deposit.  This fee is required to hold a unit and locks in the current rate.  Perspective residents have 72hrs to cancel application.  Once the application is processed, the application fee is non-refundable.  All fees must be in the form of certified funds.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
